Daddy Yankee Workout Routine

The Daddy Yankee workout usually contains different things that I found out by going through his social media account. Daddy Yankee is quite open about his training and likes to share his workout to motivate others and help his fans get inspired and move.

However, I could not find out the pattern that he used for the activity, so the routine that I will give you below will be mine, but it will contain the exercises that Daddy Yankee does in his training.

Cardio

Daddy Yankee loves doing a cardio workout, and for that, he likes to switch between differing things. Daddy Yankee shared a video on his social media account where he is running; besides that, he has also shared a video of him doing boxing style jump rope and StairMaster.

So we can say for sure he does cardio almost every day and in between switch it up with different things. However, we will be doing a small amount of everything, so let’s see the training plan:

  • 20 minutes of running
  • 10 minutes of cardio
  • 15 to 20 minutes of Stairmaster

 

Daddy Yankee Weight Training

Another thing that Daddy Yankee does in his workout is weight training; he has shared a lot of different weight training exercises on his Instagram account. For instance, look at this video below where Daddy Yankee is doing a dumbbell press on the flat bench. However, I don’t know the routine, so that we will be following a simple but effective method.

  • Bicep isolation curls
  • Barbell curls
  • Hammer to spider curls
  • Preacher machine bicep curls to tricep skull crusher
  • One-arm cable tricep pushdowns
  • Overhead press to tricep dips

Reps: 8 to 10

Rest time: 30 to 40 seconds 

  • Squat
  • Lunges
  • Leg press
  • Stiff-leg deadlift
  • Hack squats
  • Glute thruster
  • Calf raises

 

Daddy Yankee Strength Training

It seems that there are specific exercises that Daddy Yankee does to increase his overall body strength like this video: and this video shows. Daddy Yankee is doing battle ropes, and on the other hand, he is doing stairs climb with weights to increase the lower body strength. So feel free to do this routine two to three days a week in the evening.
