The workout routine of Dan Stevens is pretty much the same as what it was after he trained for the movie The Guest. Dan pretty much likes doing cardio, weight training, a lot of different gyms circuits, mixed martial arts, etc. So that all consist and play a massive role in his amazing transformation.

Now Dan Stevens also told in the interview that he workout for 4 hours a day to get shredded and stay in shape. The routine of Dan Stevens is undoubtedly no joke when you are working out four hours a day; you will get super tired. So keeping all these things that Dan said in mind, we are going to do a workout containing all these things.

The workout that we are about to do will have cardio, mixed martial arts, and weight training. Also, you will workout at least five days a week and rest for two days. I won’t ask you to work out and train four hours a day, as I’m sure not everyone has four hours to spend on exercise. This work out will only take about an hour to two hours max each day.

Training days: Monday to Saturday

Dan Stevens also loves to run, so it’s only natural for us to implement that in our cardio session. Now it’s up to you if you want to run outside in nature or do it on the treadmill. Either way will be excellent so that we will perform 30 minutes run at a medium pace, not too fast nor too slow. If you are running outside, make sure you run at least 2 to 3 miles.


Mixed Martial Arts

Training days: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday

We are going to add three sessions of mixed martial arts in our routine, and that session, you can learn whichever fighting style you want to learn. It doesn’t matter if you are learning Brazilian jiu-jitsu or if you are learning Muay Thai. You can find a local gym that teaches mixed martial arts and train three days a week there.


Weight Training

Training days: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday

In weight training, I think it will be the best thing to do if we focus on full body and strength training, using some compound movements and some standard bodybuilding movements. So we are going to train for about an hour max, but it’s your job to get sure that you make that hour count. Now before you see the workout remember, in this workout, you will be lifting heavy weights and doing fewer reps.

  • Battle rope for 30 seconds

  • Weighted squats
  • Split squats
  • Hack squats
  • Deep squats
