Daniel Ezra Workout Routine
Daniel likes to work out a lot; the actor does get into some trouble during the shoot when it comes to working out. As Daniel is not like the other cast, he may have gotten brought up and working in America. However, Daniel lives in the United Kingdom, where his real workouts occur, but Daniel doesn’t care about the area as he will work out where he can.
In an interview with Watch Magazine, Daniel stated that he sometimes has to work straight for a day, and that time it’s hard to find the time to work out, but luckily where he lives in England; he has a 24 hours gym just near his place. That does give him the freedom to work out whenever he gets the chance to work out. Daniel also talked about his workout routine and talked about the things he likes to do.
Daniel’s morning starts with a workout that is more like a wake-up routine for Daniel. As soon as Daniel wakes up, he mediates for 5 to 10 minutes and then exercises like push-ups, crunches, squats, etc. Daniel also loves to plan his workout and act according to it; in that article, you can read Daniel telling how he starts with cardio, does weight training, and finishes with some abs workout.
In another resource, I also read that Daniel works out six days a week in which from Monday to Friday is his planned workout under the coach. Saturday is most likely Daniel’s rest day, and on Sunday, Daniel does his weight training workout. So now, let’s see things that you can follow to get a body like Daniel Ezra. We will work out five days a week and have two active rest days. Make sure to do the meditation in the morning on your own, even if you don’t follow the push-ups and other basic workouts, meditation will give you inner peace and mental fitness.
Daniel Ezra workout includes:
Daniel mentioned that in cardio, he would usually do running or skipping. There was no time mentioned or any volume of training discussed there, but I would say 20 to 30 minutes of cardio will be more than enough—fifteen minutes of running and 500 to 1k jump ropes. You can also try doing other cardio workouts if you want; the aim here is to get your body moving and sweat out.
I would recommend doing a standard workout routine consisting of five days of training and training a single body part on different days. This way will be the best way to approach Daniel Ezra’s body shape. Daniel also shared that he likes to do many dumbbell presses and different dumbbell press variations; Daniel also likes and is very fond of compound movement exercises like bench press, deadlifts, etc.
For the core workout, I would suggest doing a routine of 6 to 7 exercises in a circuit routine that will burn calories and tone your core area. It would help if you did this routine after every weight training workout to benefit Daniel.
Active Rest Days
Daniel also told the Watch Magazine that he loves to hike and does go on hiking whenever he has time and gets a chance. So you can again either go on hikes and treks or do other activities like playing sports, hanging out with your buddies, etc.
That’s all for the Daniel Ezra workout routine.

Daniel followed a vegan diet for the All American series, and I’m guessing currently also following the same vegan diet. He ate lots of protein, low carbs, and healthy fats to get an athlete’s body.
