Diego Boneta is famous and known since 2005 after he released the debut single. After that, he has gotten many chances to work in movies for which he has slowly but steadily maintained his body; when Diego started, he used to have a very lean and thin body with average body structure. However, after 2012 when he began working seriously in the acting field, Diego focused more on increasing his body mass and getting a very slim but athletic body shape.

So how was Diego able to do that? Well, there are certain things that he focused on to get bulkier and gain some muscle mass. When I tried to find out, there was not so much information available; the only interviews I found were around 2012 of 2014. So I went to Diego’s Instagram account and found a few posts which will give you an idea of how Diego trained for his movies and daily routine.

Like this post, he posted himself using a kettlebell, and the caption was “Training for the monster hunter,” which explains that he went through some weight lifting workouts and kettlebell workouts. We will be doing a mixture of specific exercises for three days in the weight training routine and divide them into two parts: the upper body and the lower body. We will be adding two days of strength training and compound exercises for our whole body between those days.

Boxing

It will also be our cardio workout, and you will be getting a lot of other benefits while doing this, like fast reflexes, stamina, endurance, and burning a lot of calories.

Well, I tried to determine the diet plan that Deigo takes to stay in shape, but I couldn’t find out the diet. I read that he is taking a vegan diet, but as it was not a very reliable source, I don’t know if it is accurate or not. However, I will be giving you a diet plan for you guys to help you get better shape, but keep drinking water throughout the day for the best results.
