Dio Brando Workout Routine
Dio is one of the main characters that got killed by Jotaro. However, he was pure evil, eating people and killing humans to gain power. So nobody cares so much when he did die, but when it comes to being assertive, nobody can deny that he was one of the most powerful characters in the series. So how do Dio Brando train and gain strength?
As I stated earlier, Dio Brando used to eat humans to gain power, and most of his power is a superhuman sense, strength, and powers like regeneration. That something a human cannot train or gain, at least not till this point. So how can a person get fitness like Dio if it’s not possible to train like him?
Well, getting a fitness like him is not possible, but getting a body appearance and shape is not impossible. Dio Brando almost looks like a bodybuilder, and you will see him always bulked up and showing him as a very intimidating character. So training like a bodybuilder won’t be that bad to achieve a body like Dio Brando.
However, don’t forget that Dio Brando was also a fighter and excels in martial arts, just like Jotaro. So we also need to add combat training to your weekly routine, which will also help you keep your body flexible while staying bulked through weight training. So we will train six days a week and train for at least two hours a day. So let’s get started:

That’s all for the Dio Brando workout routine.
