Diplo Workout Routine and Diet Plan: Diplo is a DJ, Musician, songwriter, and producer known for his songs and collaborations with many well-known artists. So he is undoubtedly one of the prominent names in the industry.

Diplo Workout Routine

Diplo is a celebrity widely known for his songs and collaboration with many singers like Justin Bieber, Major Lazor, etc. However, Diplo also gets known for his love for fitness and having that fabulous body physique beside his musical career. So if you haven’t seen things that Diplo does and what he loves to do, then don’t worry, as I will be telling you all about Diplo workout. We will see what activities he does and what type of workout helps Diplo stay well and great.

After searching for a while, I was able to get various articles and interviews about the Diplo workout routine. I also saw one interview from Men’s Health where they talked to Diplo about his workout and fridge. In that interview, Diplo mentions how he loves going to yoga, and also, later on, he shows us some workouts from his home. In another interview, Diplo mentioned that he loves doing Bikram yoga, and no matter where he goes, he always has access to a yoga studio.

Diplo also knows the moves well till now, and even if he doesn’t have a studio nearby, he still does the workout at his home. Diplo tries to add six days of workouts every week, and in those six days, he adds two days of yoga and four days of cardio and strength training routine. There are also occasional running and specific activities that Diplo likes to participate in, so let’s make a routine to get you like Diplo.

Weight Training + Cardio

We will be doing four days of weight training with some cardio workouts. Diplo loves jump rope for his Cardio and does that as much as he can to burn off the calories and get a great cardio workout. So, we will start with 15-20 minutes of jump rope and running with as little rest as possible in between.

Once you get done with the workout, start doing stretches, which Diplo does. After that, we will get into our weight training, in which we will be doing a basic workout routine to get you an excellent overall body shape. However, in the interview, Diplo mentions that he doesn’t work his legs, but I would still give you a leg routine as it’s essential to train your legs. So let’s get started;

Diplo Diet Plan

Now for the diet, Diplo shows his fridge and talks about what he eats and has in his fridge. Diplo mentions how he tries to eat super healthy; there are some fresh eggs from his chicken coop in his fridge. Diplo also eats chicken breast, veggies, Apple, soup, juice and takes ginger shots daily.

Those are some healthy food habits; he does have some wine and weed in there, but you know everyone needs an off once in a while. Diplo is also a huge fan of shakes from veggies, fruits, etc. So he always has fresh fruits and veggies in his home, and Diplo would add almond milk in that, as he doesn’t drink cow milk.
