Doja Cat Workout Routine

Doja has an incredibly curvy body structure that is desired by almost every girl. However, even after all these features, she still gets body-shamed on Instagram for being too curvy. However, even after all these things happening to her, Doja never felt uncomfortable and always stayed confident.

Now, when we talk about the Doja Cat workout routine, there isn’t a lot that I can tell you guys. I tried to find out what Doja does, and there was no information whatsoever. Doja usually stays active by making tik-tok videos throughout the day. Doja routine also makes her go for live performance and dance rehearsal from time to time, which also helps Doja remain healthy.

However, I still think she must be doing some exercises to keep herself fit; I have no proof about that. However, you can follow this routine that I have created for you guys to get a shape like Doja Cat. This workout routine will include cardio, bodyweight exercises, and weight training. We will work out four to five days a week, and every day we will be training for about an hour.

Doja Cat workout includes:-

Cardio

In the cardio routine, make sure to keep the consistency, and you will make it; we will add around 20 minutes of cardio five days a week. In which you can either do running, biking, Stairmaster, etc., it’s totally up to you. Make sure that you burn over 150 calories every session.

We will be training for three days in the weight training routine, focusing on the lower body more than the upper body.

  • Tricep pushdowns

Rest time: 30 seconds

Exercise: Lower-body

  • Hack squats
  • Stiff-leg deadlift
  • Glute cable kickback
  • Hip thruster
  • Hyperextension
  • Donkey kickbacks

 

Doja Cat Core Workout

Now for the rest two days, you will be doing a 20 minutes circuit abs routine. In this routine, you will be able to rest only after the whole round gets done.

Reps: 30 seconds

Rest time after the round: 60 seconds

Exercise: Core

  • Crunches
  • Leg raises
  • Bicycle crunches
  • Russian twist
  • Plank twister
  • Plank hold
  • Plank walks to the twister.
