Dream Doll Workout Routine
Dream Doll is kind of long to type, and it makes me confused with other Doll artists that we have seen. So I will call Dream Doll, DD in this article. So DD is relatively healthy and loves to work out, and it’s not like she just started working out. DD is working out for a while, and I was surprised when I saw the Routine she follows.
It doesn’t contain any gym workout as much as I found. DD has an activity that includes almost complete bodyweight exercises that you all can do. When I searched the plan, I found some videos on her Instagram like this one. You will see DD on the fields, which she loves to spend her time working out.
DD also has some cardio equipment at her home, so when she doesn’t go to the field, DD loves to do lots of cardio and some exercises at her home. Also, I found that DD likes to put on a waist belt before she works out. It’s when she has a shoot coming up and needs the slimmest waistline she can have. It’s also shown in these YouTube fan videos.
We will follow some of those things, and I will give you a plan that you can follow to get a body shape like DD. In this workout, we will do a circuit routine focusing more on our lower and upper body. Also, do a lot of cardio exercises with lots of stretching. So let’s get into it:

Let’s start with some warm-up cardio routine that will burn quite a lot of calories as well. The workout will usually consist of running on a treadmill or doing an elliptical machine for a while. You can do some other activities as well.
However, this is what I saw DD doing, so I’m suggesting these two workouts. Make sure you do it for 20 to 30 minutes, and don’t push yourself way too challenging as we have a circuit routine ahead to follow.
As we saw in videos before any physical activities, DD loves to do a lot of stretching and get the blood flowing. So I will suggest you spend a good 10 minutes to 15 minutes on your stretching activities.
You can follow the same stretches as she showed in the videos, or you can also do your full-body stretching. It will also help you from getting hurt while working out, so don’t miss these exercises.
This plan will get you a routine focused chiefly on your lower body and upper body. I can give you one way to follow the whole week and get fit, but I know everyone wants variety, which is why I will provide you with two routines that you can switch up and follow along.

I couldn’t find a lot for the DD diet plan; I saw some of her YouTube videos about making food and eating food. However, I didn’t see any video with the title of diet, but check out the other videos. She doesn’t seem to be vegan, so I guess I will give you a good diet.
