However, I can still give you a good workout that will help you answer the question of how Eden Hazard keeps himself fit and healthy.

Cardio

We will start with a cardio workout in the morning. Many footballers, including Eden Hazard, love to run, especially during the off-season. It helps keep the stamina up and also works on endurance. However, the cardio workouts get more vast and challenging when in the gym. So if you want to get the stamina of a footballer during the game, you will need to do these workouts:

  • 20-30 minutes treadmill at 8-12kmph speed on 5-10% incline
  • 30 minutes of air bike
  • 20 minutes of Versa climber
  • 10 minutes of rowing machine

 

Strength and Conditioning

In the strength and conditioning workout, we will be doing a mixture of workouts. However, the aim will be on our core and lower body. I recommend training five days a week in which we will do three days of lifting and no more than that.
