Emily Tosta Workout Routine

Emily is a tremendous person with a friendly and calm vibe. I have watched how she talks and lives her life, and everything about her seems so attractive and beautiful. The reason for that is the way Emily keeps herself fit, not just physically but also mentally. To know the whole routine that makes Emily who she is, we will need to start in the morning.

Emily uploaded a video on YouTube around September last year, showing her morning routine and habits. The video showcase is waking up early and doing a friendly religious session reading about religion and the Bible. Then Emily also does a morning workout routine that she showed. She uses a yoga mat, ankle weights, arm weights, and glute machine, an alternative to glute thruster exercise.

Emily starts the morning routine by doing yoga poses and exercises that give her a warm-up and stretch the whole body. Then she follows with the toning workout; in that video, Emily mentioned that the movement depends on the day. It’s not like Emily is following the same routine every day. In that video, she does workouts like cross crunches, crunches; glute raises, leg raises, dumbbell squats, donkey kickbacks, glute thruster machine, etc.

However, this 40 minutes workout is just the beginning of her workout routine. Emily also goes to the gym in the evening, where she does lots of different activities. The evening routine mostly contains a cardio warm-up, weight training, boxing, and core workouts. You can even see this video she shared on her Instagram showing some speed bag boxing sparring.

Even though we know the workouts she is following, there was no information about Emily’s exact exercises. In her video, Emily stated that if you guys want a full video of her weekly workout routine, let her know. Sadly the video is still not out, but let’s hope soon Emily will show her weekly workout routine, and when she does, I will update this routine.

However, for now, I would give you a routine containing the workouts she does that you can follow and try to get a body like Emily Tosta. We will work out almost every day, and the training will get divided into morning and evening routines.

Morning Routine

In the morning routine, I will give you three different workouts, and you need to switch them up on your own and do the way you feel doing on the day.

Routine 1

  • Yoga poses for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Barbell curls
  • Squats dumbbell press
  • Plank leg lifts
  • Donkey kickbacks
  • Glute bridge hold
  • Glute thruster

 

Routine 2

  • Yoga poses for 20 minutes.
  • Tricep dips
  • Weighted push-ups
  • Crunches
  • Cross crunch
  • Leg raises
  • Plank
  • Side plank

 

Routine 3

  • Yoga poses for 20 minutes.
  • Dumbbell squats
  • Weighted dumbbell lunge variation (forward to backward to side to side lunge)
  • Donkey kickback
  • Glute thruster
  • Barbell curls
  • Crunches
  • Cross crunches

 

Evening Routine

In the evening routine, we need to focus on working out only five days a week, in which we will mostly focus on our core and lower body.

Warm-up: 1km jog

  • Leg extension
  • Barbell curls
  • Dumbbell bicep isolation curls

Cardio Finisher: 20-minute boxing

 

Tuesday

Warm-up: 1km jog

  • Crunches
  • Hanging leg raises
  • Russian twist ball throws
  • Plank hold for 30 seconds
  • Side plank hold for 30 seconds
  • Shoulder press
  • Lateral raises

Cardio Finisher: 10 minutes HIIT running

 

Wednesday

Warm-up: 10-minute hydro-row

  • Deep squats
  • Leg press
  • Lunge
  • Leg curls
  • Hack squats
  • Stiff-leg dumbbell deadlift

Cardio Finisher: 15-minute boxing

 

Thursday

Warm-up: 5-minute running

  • Cross crunches
  • Ball sit-ups
  • Incline crunches
  • Plank hold
  • Plank walks
  • Lat pulldowns
  • Cable rows

 

Friday

Warm-up: 1km jog

  • Squats
  • Curtsy lunge
  • Glute thruster
  • Glute kickbacks

Cardio Finisher: 20-minute boxing
