He’s mostly now for being a calm and sweet person. However, when he shows his vocal skills, it’s quite impressive how he transforms. Sunoo Workout Routine

Sunoo and other Enhypen trains and stays together mostly they were in training camp for two years. After debuting now, they all have to maintain that body shape to look like an idol till that end of the career. So for that, they have a routine; like any other K-pop idols, they do many physical things and workouts to stay healthy and fit, so let’s see something that Sunoo focuses on to keep fit and keep his body lean and in shape.

Sunoo workout includes:-

Dancing

Just like any other idol, Sunoo also had to practice hours of dance practice almost every day. On average, a single K-pop idol makes music constant dances two hours to three hours a day for their music and songs. Sunoo is no different; he also needs to practice two to three hours with other members of ENHYPEN for music and live performances.

When you are dancing that much, it does help you stay fit and burns more than 800 calories at least. That’s why Sunoo looks so lean, and every one of them has abs. So if you also want a body like Sunoo, you need to stay with that routine or burn that amount of calories through cardio or other exercises.

 

Sunoo Bodyweight Training

I don’t know if Sunoo does this or not, but I will prefer some simple bodyweight training. It will help you build some muscles and get ripped, and your body will get in shape. You can do three sets of 20 reps of exercises like; Pushups, Squats, mountain climber, crunches, plank, pike pushups, leg raises, etc.

Sunoo Diet Plan

Well, Sunoo eats a simple diet, and sometimes he likes to eat his favorite food, Tteok-bokki. Other than that, Sunoo tries to eat in moderation and enjoys a little bit of everything. He’s in his teen years and doesn’t have to worry that much about his diet because of the workout he does and the metabolism.  Other than that, there was none information that I could find about his diet, so we will follow a routine that will help you the most with Sunoo body goals.

Sunoo diet includes:-

Breakfast

  • Whole-grain toast
  • Chicken sausage
  • Juice

 

Lunch

  • Chicken breast (100gm to 200gm max)
  • Veggies

 

Snack

  • Veg soup or chicken soup (Chinese soup bowl)

 

Dinner

  • Chicken breast or salmon
  • Veggies
  • Salad
