Escanor Workout Routine

Escanor is undoubtedly the most robust-looking character in the whole series. The fact that he’s a human and still has those powers on the par of Meliodas, Zeldris, Ban, etc., is fantastic. While that being said, Escanor is not immortal and will die at some point in the series. It’s like watching Superman but in anime form. Escanor will be better than Superman, though; he’s more brutal.

If we are now talking about how he trained? There is no way of knowing that in the series; we see that he gets the power by relying on Sunshine.  His magic and abilities get even more vital as soon as the sun rises. However, even without that, he can fight, as we saw in the battle against Zeldris. However, he doesn’t train as much as we think. It’s more experience and actual combats that make him stronger every time.

So training like him would be impossible, and even getting an exact physique like him is out of the question. However, you can indeed look kind of similar to him by getting your body in proportion. That’s the most actual thing that you can aim at doing, so we will do that and work on that. I will be giving you a workout similar to most of the superheroes I have mentioned.

We will do lots of weight training, strength training, and a little warm-up. The workout won’t be as hard; it will matter how much you keep it constant and your diet.

I will tell you that you need to eat like a superhero and consume 3.5k calories with a high protein and carbs diet. Since I don’t want to give the diet here, you can check out how Henry Cavill the Superman eats and gets bulked up by clicking right here. Now let’s get started with the workout routine:
