Hani Workout Routine

Hani is a type of person that has always stayed in shape since childhood; Hani was doing different sports and events. Hani has even explained in the show of KBs the Style For You that it is easy to build and gain muscle for her. To prevent that from happening, Hani has to do regular massage after the workouts to relax the tissues and muscles. Hani loves to work out. If you remember, in my Irene article, Hani stated that she was workout buddies with the Red Velvet star Irene and they both love to work out.

A couple of years ago, Hani’s routine mainly consists of dance workouts and dancing practice for hours as she was one of the best idols. Hani used to do a lot of dance practice with other EXID members, which kept her mostly in shape. However, now that she isn’t that active in the singing field and working good on her acting field, Hani’s workout contains gym workouts and routines. Even though we do know that I still wasn’t able to find the exercises that she does in her daily way, I can provide you with a routine that will similarly help you. So let’s see my version of Hani’s workout routine to get hard abs.

 

Hani Ahn Hee Yeon workout includes:-

Dance/Cardio

The dance was the essential workout of Hani’s routine, and even though she doesn’t do that much dance practice anymore. Hani likes to cover that calorie with cardio exercise. So we will follow the same thing, either you can do a dance workout for about an hour for five days a week. If not, then you can do a cardio routine for an hour that will burn the same amount of calories that will help you to look just like Hani with time. The cardio workout can contain any exercise like; running, biking, etc. 

 

 Hani Weight Training/Bodyweight Exercises

The weight training workout that Hani follows usually contains a mixture of weights and bodyweight exercises. Her routine focuses on the lower body and core most of the time and the little but her upper body. So let’s see a workout that you can follow to get a body like Hani.

Hani Diet Plan

Hani’s diet plan consists of eating one meal a day when she wants to look kpop fit. I was shocked; she explained it in some interviews, about which Channel Korea wrote an article. Here you can see they state that Hani used to eat one meal a day, and when she diet, Hani didn’t consume any salt at all. Also, Hani loves to have one day in the week where she will eat whatever she wants.

They mentioned Hani’s favorite thing to eat, which was meat. Hani stated that she could eat three to four servings alone, and her favorite part is the intestines. Now that is not an excellent diet; eating once a day might take it to the extreme, and I’m sure now Hani must be eating well. However, there is no recent update about her diet, so I will give you a diet that will keep you healthy, and you will be able to get a body like Hani.
