Now we will be adding two days of kickboxing to our workout routine. Kickboxing will help you get great overall fitness, work your cardiovascular muscles, and get your heart rate. You will also burn many calories, and it will also tone your legs and core a lot. One of the most brutal fighting styles, I would say, but indeed fun and exciting when you get a grip on the moves. So make sure to add two hours of kickboxing at least two days a week.

 

Weight Training

In weight training, we will be doing three days of lifting, which will focus on overall body strength. We will work full-body instead of targeting a particular muscle group every day. As her trainer, Shield focuses on exercises like sled drag, burpees, tire flips, deadlifts, etc. Many compound movements help Florence Pugh stay overall fit and gain strength.
