When I tried searching for his workout routine, there were not many things that I could find. I know he is muscular and ripped through the many pictures we have seen on google. However, there was no interview or anything that explained the workout routine of Freddie Stroma. As Freddie doesn’t have Instagram either, it was even more challenging for me to track something he might have shared. However, it’s obvious he does work out, as the muscle symmetry and physique are not what you can get without hitting the gym.
So now the question remains: How do you get a body physique like Freddie Stroma? We do five-six days of workout a week and focus on weight training and cardio workout. If you want to get as muscular as Freddie Stroma, keep the cardio in moderation. We don’t want to do a lot of cardio and slim down too much, so yeah, that will be our main workout routine. We will be doing 15-20 minutes of running every day before the workout. You can keep a steady pace at 6-9kmph throughout the session, or you can follow an interval training method. It depends on your preference; I suggest interval training with one-minute moderate running at 6kmph and switching to a 30 seconds sprint at your max speed back and forth for 15 minutes.
Weight Training
The weight training will be hour-long and consist of standard bodybuilding routines. There will not be anything super fancy, as I can assure you that you will get the result with a simple routine. However, people do make it complex for some reason, which is not necessary, so let’s get started:
