G-Dragon Workout Routine
G-Dragon’s workout routine was not that hard to follow; however, since he joined the army, his fitness boomed because of the schedule and all the training he did there. G-Dragon may not look like a solid guy, but believe me, his muscle is quite strong. Before joining the army, G-Dragon was focusing on his idol training and concert with Big Bang.
If you want to see what kind of training G-Dragon gone through when he was in the army, you can check this article by KoreaBoo. Now that he’s back and no longer serving the country, his schedule is similar to the previous program. However, there is no way for me to know what G-Dragon does as after searching for a while, I was not able to find out the routine that G-Dragon follows.
However, don’t worry, as I will be giving you the details of his old routine and things that he was doing with some other workouts that you can follow to get a body like G-Dragon. We will be training five days a week for about an hour and a half to two hours daily. So let’s start the workout:
G-Dragon workout includes:-
Dancing
Dancing is the thing that G-Dragon, the king of K-pop, always did. It’s one of the essential items for an idol; if you can’t dance, you won’t be able to get far in this career. G-Dragon was also going through weekly dance training for his videos, shows, and performances. All of the hours of dancing did burn a lot of calories and helped G-Dragon to stay fit.
So if you also want to get a body like G-Dragon, you need to do an hour of dancing five days a week. If you don’t want, then you can go running to burn the same number of calories. Try to run at a moderate pace for about 30 to 45 minutes and slowly increase it by 2 to 5 minutes every week. It will help you burn a lot of calories while increasing your stamina.
Basic Bodyweight Training
G-Dragon doesn’t go to the gym to stay fit and get ripped; he did simple basic bodyweight training to stay in shape. Especially before the live shows and performances, you can see the video here, where you will see G-Dragon doing exercises like pull-ups, push-ups, towel bicep curls, etc. So which is why we will also do a routine with some essential bodyweight exercise.
