Gamze is one of the actresses that is quite famous for her industry and has an outstanding career in modeling and acting. Also, she is the sister of Hande Erçel, the famous actress of the Turkish industry. They both are in a lovely spot in their life. Gamze is a mom now, and like not even a year ago, she started losing weight. So how was Gamze able to lose all that post-pregnancy weight?
To find that, I went and look for interviews but couldn’t find them at all. However, I did get a few things that we can consider—starting with a video that Gamze herself posted around two years ago on her YouTube channel showing an abs workout routine where she used primarily free-body workouts. As you can see, she is doing proper weight training with a trainer, so it won’t be surprising to see her getting totally into a proper weight routine like other celebs. It makes more sense by looking at the weight training routine. So now we can do that as well and indulge those things into our routine.
I will give you a routine to help you get a body like Gamze with the mentioned exercises. We will train and work on our bodies six days a week. It will be a short but good routine, and you will only work out for an hour or so. We will do a little bit of cardio warm-up and then get into the circuit weight training. So let’s get started:

Warm-up
We will do a 10 minutes HIIT run for the warm-up and lose some muscles and get the blood flowing. It will help us get used to the workout, so we won’t get injured while lifting weights. Make sure you don’t forget to warm up, and if you want, you can also do jump rope and any other cardio routine.
Weight Training
In the weight training part, we will do a circuit routine of 3 rounds containing four exercises each round in which there will be four or three circuits. So it won’t be easy, but it won’t be that hard as well. I always love this workout and always recommend it to the girls who want to get lean and good.
