Gary Vaynerchuk is one of the guys that work hard, and every single day he can. You may not believe it bug Gary V has workout every day since, like 2015, he has not taken a single day off, whether it is his fitness routine or his work. That amount of concentration and hunger you don’t see in everyone, and that’s why he’s always on the top.

Now Gary V is also known for getting his trainers to quit because it’s not easy to train Gary V as you are going to be teaching him every day, and you will also have to travel all the places with him each week. Ask his trainer they will tell you how hard it gets to be working with Gary V. If you think you are working hard, spend a week with Gary V and his team, and you will know how hard they work.

Gary V fitness journey started with his trainer Mike Vacanti then around 2016 Mike Vacanti quit training Gary V after that Jordan Syatt started training Gray. Recently last year, in June 2019, Jordan also stopped teaching Gary V. Now he’s back with Mike Vacanti and preparing just like we used to since 2k15.

So I couldn’t find the latest Gary V workout routine, but I found the program that his current trainer, Mike, shared around 2016. In that routine, Mike explained that because Gary loves to workout every day, his routine contains less volume of exercise to make sure he doesn’t get his body way too much damage. 

In that routine, Mike also shared that they do a lot of different things, including cardio, stretch, bodyweight training, weight lifting training, core training, HIIT training, and yoga. Now, when you see that routine, you will notice that Gary V’s workout focused on building lots of muscle. Even his diet plan is a calorie surplus high carbs diet plan, so you can say he is eating a lot of meat, rice, turkey, chicken, veggies, fruits, etc. Just like his work Gary V also takes his diet very seriously.

It rarely happens where you will see Gary V having a cheat day. Gary also drinks a lot of water throughout the day, and now after taking all these into account, they are still not telling the exact diet plan to discuss here. So here it goes a good carbs diet plan for muscle gain;
