In the morning routine, we will go to the gym and do a circuit routine and boxing workout. Both of these workouts are adopted and done by many Kpop stars. Even Lisa loves to do boxing regularly to stay healthy and fit so that you can follow them without tension.
We are starting with the circuit routine of 20 to 30 minutes. In this routine, the main focus will be on our core, and lower body as the upper body will get used a lot in the boxing routine after this activity.
