Minnie is undoubtedly one of the best-looking Kpop idols I have ever seen. You know I have written about many Kpop idols, but I would say that Minnie goes on the top list without a second thought. I may end up being a fanboy, but yeah, talking about the workout and how Minnie keeps herself in such a fantastic shape?

There is no surprise that Minne is in a lean and incredible shape when being in a field like the Kpop industry is essential. I tried to find out the routine or exercises that Minnie must be doing to stay fit, but I couldn’t figure out a lot. There has not been an interview where they have explained the fitness regime or V-live; I haven’t heard them say the workout routine.

However, Minnie does like to dance; we see all the Kpop artists dancing such cool moves. That happens because of the hours of dance practice they put in almost every day. That does work as a workout routine that helps you stay fit and lose many calories. I have often mentioned that an average Kpop artist has to practice dancing for two hours and at least five days.

So much dance practice does take a troll on your body, burning over 900 to 1k calories depending on your weight, height, and genes. Now, time to provide you with a workout that you can follow to get a body like Minnie. It won’t be accessible at all, so get ready for a five-day training every week that will be two to three hours long.

We will do an hour to two-hour cardio routine, and what will be better to do than dance, right? As Minnie does dance practice almost every day as her cardio routine, it would be great to follow a similar way.
