(G)I-DLE Song Yuqi Diet Plan and Workout Routine: Song Yuqi, mostly known as Yuqi, is a singer, actress, dancer, and Kpop group (G)I-DLE member. She also has hosted the show Keep Running and learn Way.

Yuqi is undoubtedly one of the fittest members and likes to stay in that shape. Even when she was hosting the shows, Yuqi had a pretty slim and slender physique that also helped her look more beautiful while performing. We know how important it is for idols to stay in shape, not just for looks but also for dance choreography.

So what does Yuqi do to keep her body lean and in shape? To get the answer, I tried to search for a few things about Yuqi, but sadly just like her other members, I couldn’t find much about her workout routine. However, we do know that Yuqi routine does contain doing regular dance practice with her group.

Especially before the live shows and shooting, they take a lot of time dancing and learning new choreography. The routine is so intense that it will be the best workout for them to lose weight and get lean. A dance class of an average Kpop artist gets two hours long, so much dance work out will help anyone lose weight.

Other than that, all groups have trainers assigned to them by the company to keep them fit. So they also do some other exercises that contain stretching and basic free body workouts. They will not tell the members to go to the gym unless they want to on their own. So currently, I don’t think Yuqi is trying any other workouts.

Now that we know about her workout let’s get a routine to help you get in shape like Yuqi. We will train six days a week and rest on Sunday. With that, I will also add a workout to help you get faster and better results. So let’s get into it:

Morning Routine

In the morning, we will start with a 30-minute warm-up routine, which will contain stretching and some workouts like an inchworm, push-ups, squats, crunches, etc. You can watch videos on YouTube for stretching exercises if you don’t know the activities.

After you get the warm-up, we will do a dance workout for an hour to an hour and a half. It will help you lose lots of fat and boost your metabolism while working your whole body. If you are used to working out and want to increase the time, you can take it till two hours, but no more than that or it can be not good.

 

Evening Routine

The evening routine will consist of two of my favorite workouts: yoga and pilates for your stretching exercises. I have recommended them to almost every girl Kpop artist because it is the most adapted activity by models, actresses, Kpop singers, pop singers, etc.

So I would advise you to join a gym that gives both of these classes at the same place to do them alternatively and if you don’t have one. You can always take weekly membership, try both of these workouts on alternative weeks, or stick to one.

There was no information about her diet, but recently we have seen another member, Shuhua, talk about her diet. The company made that, and it includes lots of restrictions and way less food.

The breakfast was just an apple with low-fat yogurt, a small bowl of rice, and kimchi for lunch, and the day ended with sweet potato and a little bit of chicken.

I think you need more food if you work out that much and do other things. That’s why I would recommend this diet instead. Which will have intermittent fasting and eating windows of 8 hours that will help you get faster results.

Breakfast (less than five calories fat burning drink)

  • Iced green tea and a slice of lemon squeezed in that as soon as you wake up.

  • Salmon or steak

  • Salad
