Soojin has many fans who love her voice and dance performance; then, some fans idolize her looks. However, both of them do want to look like her. So if you also wish to follow the (G)I-DLE Soojin workout routine and the (G)I-DLE Soojin diet plan, keep reading.

Soojin is one of the best looking and fittest members and has been on my best Kpop artist list. She does have a talent for vocals and is super good at dancing, but let’s not forget the time and the training Soojin did for her perfect body shape. I think that Soojin has the best curvy figure in the whole group. I mean, look at that so slim waist; it almost seems impossible. So, let’s get into how Soojin can get that figure?

After searching the details about Soojin, I could not find so much information, probably because it’s still not revealed by any members. Groups that get formed a couple of years ago try to keep it secret because they are afraid of judging them for their methods. I’m not saying that Soojin did that, but this is usually with most Kpop bands.

However, we know how good she is when it comes to dancing, and we have even seen a lot of performances of Soojin. Because of the group’s regular practice, Soojin does at least two hours every class. Maybe even more, who knows the exact time? Still, we can indeed say that dance practice plays a significant role in her fitness.

Now, there can be other things that Soojin must be doing like many other Kpop artists. That’s why I will be giving you my version of the Kpop workout routine that you can follow to get a body like Soojin. We will do various workouts and train two times for a total of three hours, at least a day. So let’s get into the workout routine:

Morning Training

In the morning training, we will be doing cardio and core workout. We will keep the dance routine only for cardio, as that’s the best way to get similar results as Soojin. Now you will be doing one hour to two hours of dance practice that will help you burn more than 500 to 700 calories, maybe, even more, depending on your weight.

After you get done working out and getting your metabolism rate up, we will do a core workout. It will be a quick 20 to 30 minutes training that will help you get a slim waistline like Soojin. So follow these exercises:

Circuits: 3

Reps: 20 to 30

Rest time after the whole circuit: one to two minutes

  • Crunches
  • Toe touch crunches
  • Cross crunches
  • Bicycle crunches
  • Russian twist
  • Leg raises
  • Hundreds
  • Plank twister
  • Plank hold till failure


Evening Training

In the evening, we will do stretching workouts like aerobics, yoga, pilates, etc. I would suggest doing yoga and pilates as these are the most used exercises by the Kpop stars. Celebrities like Jennie, Rose, Miley Cyrus, Bella Hadid, etc., do one of these two workouts regularly.

It will help you get a lean body shape while toning your muscles and giving you a healthier body. You can also try boxing for a change which is the favorite exercise for Lisa from BlackPink.

The diet plan is also not mentioned, but that doesn’t mean I will not provide you with information. I will say that we can try getting inspired from the fellow member diet. Shuhua’s diet got revealed a while ago, and I found it here on the Koreaboo page.

She has mentioned her diet of healthy foods and fried, salty, and oily snacks or foods gets omitted. Even the stews and soups are off-limit, what? The breakfast includes one apple with some low-fat yogurt. Lunch is rice with kimchi (a famous Korean dish), some side dishes, and beans, and dinner is a sweet potato with some chicken.

That’s not bad, but I won’t recommend that diet because you are working out too much. So I will upgrade it, and let’s make it into an intermittent fasting diet. In which we can only eat two meals and one snack within 8 hours of eating window.
