(G)I-DLE Yeh ShuHua Workout Routine
Shuhua is an incredible performer and singer. When she performs live on stage, many fans just get mesmerized by her dance moves that are so incredible and sexy at the same time. Shuhua can make those dance moves seem so good because of her slim and slender body figure. So how does she manage to get that body shape?
Well, to get the information, I tried looking for some interviews and articles. While I was able to find details about the diet plan of Shuhua, which we will talk about later. There were not many things about her workout routine, which is not that surprising. I guess I have mentioned this earlier as well. When any new group gets formed for a couple of years, they don’t reveal a lot about their diet or workout because of specific issues.
We all know many stars get body-shamed and trolled because of certain things they did to achieve that. However, I think Shuhua doesn’t do many workouts other than the group’s dance practice. Which in itself is a great workout routine and does help her burn quite a lot of calories. We all have seen how intense Kpop choreography gets.
So it won’t be that surprising if Shuhua only does that as her workout routine. An average Kpop artist does dance for two hours, so even Shuhua does at least that amount of dancing five to six days a week. Now that we have learned how she does stay fit, I will give you a routine to follow to get a body shape like Shuhua.
The training will go on for six days a week and contain two workouts and days that many Kpop artists adapt. As you probably won’t be trying to be an idol, so we’ll take it at our pace and won’t get super hard on the workout routine. The maximum that we will workout is going to be two to three hours a day, so let’s get into the way:
(G)I-DLE Yeh Shuhua workout includes:
In the morning routine, we will start with stretching exercises that will take around 10 to 20 minutes. You can do whole body stretches and even use the roller to stretch your back and open up all your muscles. After that, it will be a warm-up which will contain some exercises like squats, push-ups, crunches, jumping jacks, etc.
After that, we will do an hour of dance workout similar to the Shuhua workout routine. If you are used to working out, you can do it for an hour and a half to two hours. It will help you lose fat and tone your entire body muscles.
We will do two exercises in the evening routine that I recommend for almost every girl Kpop artist routine; yoga and Pilates. These workouts get used by many Kpop stars, models, actresses, and even Hollywood singers. I even found out that Shuhua does Pilates as well, which was posted by a fan account. You can check it right here!
So when so many people recommend it, who am I to stop you guys from doing it? That’s why feel free to do an hour of yoga and Pilates alternatively for six days. It will help your body toned up and get flexible like Shuhua.
That’s all for the (G)I-DLE Yeh Shuhua workout routine.
(G)I-DLE Yeh Shuhua Diet Plan
A while ago, Shuhua revealed her diet, and it’s not that good, but it won’t kill you. It’s one of the diets you take when you have no other option left, and you need fast results. I don’t recommend following it but let’s check it out. The article from Koreaboo tells us about her diet plan that Shuhua follows, and it goes something like this:
(G)I-DLE Yeh Shuhua diet includes:
- Low-fat yogurt
- A small bowl of rice
- Some side dishes
- One sweet potato
- Chicken breast
Also, she’s not allowed to eat oily, fatty, and junk foods. Also, sweets are off the chart; many other restrictions are there. I won’t recommend you following this plan. Instead of that, I would recommend doing intermittent fasting for better results and keeping clean foods in your diet: also eating less than 1.6k calories a day.
That’s all for the (G)I-DLE Yeh Shuhua diet plan.
