Girls Generation Sunny Workout Routine

Girls Generation Sunny is one of the most famous singers, and actresses are known for being part of the Girls Generation group. It was one of the most famous groups around the early 2010s, sadly not so active anymore while all the members do their things. Sunny also gets seen in movies and shows Lil Invincible Youth, Roommate, I Am, Video Star, Hello Baby, etc.

However, the thing that is still awesome about Sunny and probably all the Girls Generation members is the lean and toned body physique. So how is that Sunny able to keep herself so fit and toned? When she was active with the group, Sunny had to go through a diet and workouts made by the trainers assigned to them by the agency. Many articles say they all did cardio, some strength-based HIIT workouts.

Is that what she does even now? I doubt the other members have changed their workouts as well. So yeah, how do you get a body like Sunny? Well, l would say we can do different workouts to get a body like Sunny, but my guess would be to do Cardio and some stretching workouts five days a week and rest for about two days a week. However, make sure that you don’t get too lazy on rest days, and keep yourself active and moving.

Pilates

We will start with some Pilates workouts, as I have read and written many K-pop idols workouts. I know that one super workout that is super popular among all the industry is the Pilates workout. Actresses, idols, and even models in Korea love doing a good Pilates session.

Pilates does help them get that lean, toned, and flexible body. Also, if you are looking to work out mostly on your core and lower body, Pilates will let you achieve that. The best thing with Pilates is that you can even start it inside your home with no equipment. Follow this video workout of Pilates full-body workouts that gives you an hour without using any equipment.

Shadowboxing

Shadowboxing is a workout that doesn’t need a lot of knowledge to begin with, and is also something you can do at your home. Shadowboxing helps you burn calories and work on your arms a lot as you punch constantly. It’s a great stress reliever, too, so yeah, if you had a bad day, let shadow boxing help you out. I would suggest 20-30 minutes of shadow boxing will be enough.

That’s all for the Girls Generation Sunny workout routine.

Girls Generation Sunny Diet Plan

Now for the diet plan, I know that this famous SNSD diet got famous. Well, Sunny stated none of us followed that diet as we didn’t like the food. So they asked the Chef to make something tasty and healthy for them to eat.

Sunny hasn’t mentioned her new diet, but seeing how she lives and checking her social media, her diet is all about moderation. Sunny doesn’t have a rigorous diet anymore and can eat what she wants. However, I will be giving you a diet that I think will work best for you and help you get in that lean shape.
