I also found out that Ha Ji-Won has some equipment like a treadmill, weights, medicine ball, etc. Now, let’s turn everything we learned into a routine that will help you get a body like Ha Ji-Won. We will do 1-2 hours of training six days a week in which we will be doing cardio, weight training, and stretching workout. So let’s get started:

Weight Training & Cardio

In the weight training routine, we will be doing circuit training, where we will work out for four days a week. In that way, you can get a good workout routine and tone your muscles while ensuring you don’t get a lot of muscle mass. Also, as soon as you get done with the weight training, you will move to a cardio finisher. That will be 15 minutes of speed rope and then 10-15 100m sprints on the treadmill with 30 seconds of rest between each sprint.

Pilates Or Dancing

As we saw on her Instagram, Ha Ji-Won is so flexible by doing dance routines. So you can also do dance workouts and stretches by joining a dance class.

If that’s not your thing, you can also work out with Pilates, as it will also provide you flexibility, lean body shape, toned muscle, and help you burn many calories. Do these workouts at least two-three days a week when you are not doing weight training.
