Halston Sage Workout Routine
Halston Sage is not a vast workout or training fan; looking at her interviews, there was not much that Halston Sage has shared about her workout; even her Instagram account doesn’t give you any clue of what she does all these years to maintain her body shape. After going to her background and searching from different sources, I found out she doesn’t have a workout plan until Halston turns 26 years old.
After Halston turned 26 years old, she started doing a lot of online workouts and taking fitness seriously; she still doesn’t go to the gym, but nowadays, Halston does lots of home workouts.
In the phone interview with The Zoe Report, Halston stated that the exercises are mostly just for 20 minutes to 30 minutes max.
Although in time of isolation, Halston is face-timing her family and working out with them for about 10 minutes to 15 minutes. Halston calls this workout the dance parties workout as she performs a dancing routine with her family, Halston also stated the exercise she follows right now is called The Dance Body, and you can find them on Instagram.
She also explained later that she had tried many online dance routines and live workouts that Halston can find on Instagram, but Dance Body workout is undoubtedly something she will follow for a long time in the future. The Halston Sage diet plan is still a secret; I wish The Zoe Report would have asked about her diet plan. Some posts show she is eating almost everything from pizza, chocolate, smoothies, etc.
By looking at her body physique, you can say that Halston Sage is following a Balanced diet that includes eating healthy food and unhealthy food as well, just by controlling the number of calories consumed in a day.
I did find some of Halston’s favorite foods, including chocolate, candies, pizza, oatmeal raisin cookies. Halston also has shared her favorite on-set snack, which is banana with peanut butter.
