Cardio Boxing Workout
The cardio boxing workout is what keeps Hannah Brown’s body fit and burns those extra calories. Hannah Brown always starts this workout by doing some jump ropes to get her body warmed up. She does 10 minutes to 20 minutes of jump rope before going into the boxing workout.
