Hannah Stocking workout involves strength training as well as HIIT workout routine and a cardio routine to give her all the amazing results.

Cardio

For cardio training, Hannah Stocking always likes to run on the treadmill or do a Stairmaster or Elliptical machine. She will go at a medium pace and workout for 30 minutes to 50 minutes of cardio. That also includes the warm-up and the cools down so her cardio workout will look something like this.

  • 5 minutes warm-up
  • 30 to 35 minutes of cardio
  • 5 to 10 minutes of cool down
