As Hennessy Carolina is an influencer and gets her earnings from the sponsor shoots and posts, she focuses on staying in a charming physique. There haven’t been many articles or interviews about Hennessy Carolina’s workout routines. Nor has she shared a lot of workout videos. I only found one post here; that’s also because she was sponsoring a waistband. However, as you can see, Hennessy Carolina was in a home gym, and it seemed she had three cardio exercises machines in her house. One is a bike machine (I saw it on her different post), and the other two are an elliptical machine and a treadmill. Cardio is always a great workout to get you started getting fit and healthy.

Besides that, I haven’t seen much of her workout routine. However, it won’t be surprising to say that Carolina also does toning work out with Hennessy. She probably adds routines with light weights and resistance bands and focuses more on her lower body and core than on her upper body. However, Hennessy Carolina does have a toned and well-built butt like her sister Cardi B. So I say she works out on her lower body to keep it well maintained and in shape.

If you want a body shape like Hennessy Carolina, you need to work out at least five days a week. This workout will be more inspired by other rappers’ workouts like Megan, Nikki, etc. However, I’m sure it will get you a good and lean physique while helping you tone and get a bigger butt. We will be starting with 45 minutes of cardio work; I have seen Hennessy Carolina primarily working with cardio machines. So I would say a 45 minutes workout will be good for a good cardio workout like Hennessy Carolina. We will do 15 minutes of workouts in each machine mentioned earlier. So starting with the treadmill, moving to an elliptical machine, and then finishing with the bike. Once you finish the workout, make sure to do some stretching before moving on to the following routine.

 

Weight Training

In weight training, we will be focusing on workouts involving lightweights, body weight, and resistance workouts. Since Hennessy Carolina has a very toned body physique but not such a muscular one, we will keep the intensity at moderate.
