There are a lot of fans following Hisoka, and I think he is pretty remarkable. Hisoka Morow Workout Routine

Hisoka is one of the most important characters and indeed comes in the top 10 strongest characters of Hunter X Hunter. The character got made, so he is always looking for solid fighters and talented people to fight. As we have seen, he is also a Phantom Troupe member, which he later betrays to fight Chrollo Lucifer.

Too sad it never happens as Chrollo powers got sealed, and they couldn’t fight. Our Hisoka doesn’t fight any weakling, but yeah, all of that is searching for a better opponent. That is where we see him taunting and helping Gon and Killua so he can later kill them when they are strong. Now the question of how does Hisoka train? What kind of workouts does he do?

There is no workout mentioned in the anime series, and I have searched other people’s articles in which they have given workouts like bench press and stuff that is stupid. Hisoka can’t be doing bench press; first of all, those websites don’t even understand its characteristics. Hisoka got a build of martial artists and gymnasts; his workout can’t involve six days of weight training.

Hisoka is known for his strong mind and personality being naughty, and coming like an insane person. With that, he has rubber ability, and he can do flips, summersaults, etc. like it’s nothing. A true martial artist, so that’s how you need to train if that’s what you want to become.

So we will be working out with entirely different stuff here. Training will be six days a week and contains two to three hours of training. The main thing that will get involved in this workout will be your body, so be ready.

Gymnastics

As we learned, Hisoka has a very flexible and athletic body shape that allows him to do stuff like flips, summersault, etc. That’s what a gymnast would be able to do with practice and training.

That’s why we will be doing one hour to two hours of Gymnastics three days a week In the morning. Join any nearby gym that you would love to join. However, make sure you don’t slack off and keep doing it till you start to get the flow.

 

Weight Training

It will more likely be our functional training for the rest of the three days. We will do an hour of mixing to build your upper body, core, and lower body strength. We will do four sets of 8 to 10 reps and get a good workout routine.

Martial Arts

As we know, Hisoka knows how to work with martial arts and can fight super well. So to get a physique like him, we also need to learn martial arts. Try doing five to six days of martial arts a week for an hour or two hours. This exercise will help you gain muscle symmetry and body fitness like Hisoka.
