Honey Singh Workout Routine
His workout routine is still a mystery as none of it is revealed yet. But of course, we did dig into his old routine and checked his Instagram for the workouts he does and the stories that he posted and found out all of the things we can.
The workout routine of Yo Yo Honey Singh carries lots of cardio, boxing, full-body workout, and weight training. He workout 6 times a week from Monday to Saturday and Sunday is his rest day or recovery day.
Honey Singh Workout Includes –
Monday Honey Singh workout
Starts off with a cardio warm-up and the Intense boxing routine for about 30 minutes. Honey Singh mixes exercise for agility and for building stamina.
On Monday he trains chest in which he does Push-ups, bench press flat, and incline, chest flys, dumbbell flys, crossover cables, dumbbell press. He may not look like he is fit but he sure lifts heavy and quite good you can even check that on his Instagram. So he does around 3 sets to 4 sets and 10 to 15 reps on each set.
Tuesday Honey Singh Workout
Again on Tuesday, he does cardio workout like treadmills and then his favorite boxing, honey Singh is not a fan of cardio but he did a lot of that even when he was getting fit before entering the Industry.
On a back day, Honey Singh loves to go heavy and lift more weights, He follows a routine of lat pulldowns, One arm Dumbbell rows, seated cable rows, close grip pulldowns, barbell rows, deadlifts. He does around 3 sets of each exercise and 12 to 15 reps.
Wednesday Honey Singh Workout
This time the routine combines more agility and full-body exercise rather than running or cycling. Exercises like burpees, battle ropes, footwork, jumping jacks and lots of other exercises. Then he goes for a boxing session.
While training for arms he combines biceps with triceps routine and does an 8 exercise arms routine, which has exercise like bicep curls, barbell curls, hammer curls, and preacher curls. For triceps, he does skull crusher, ropes pushdown, dips, and lastly dumbbell kickbacks, for each exercise he does 4 sets of 12 to 15 reps.
Thursday Honey Singh Workout
The routine for cardio is the same as the Monday cardio routine.
In the shoulder, he does dumbbell press, military press, lateral raise, front raise, shrugs. He goes heavy on each of the exercises and does 4 sets of 10 to 15 reps.
Friday Honey Singh Workout
This day he takes it slow by not doing much cardio just some running for a warm-up that’s it.
Legs and Core Workout
This day he does all of the legs and core workout which includes, leg press, squats back and front both, lunges, leg curls, leg extension, crunches, leg raises, and plank. He does 3 sets of 10 to 12 reps in every leg exercise and on core part, he does around 3 sets of 15 to 20 reps and 1 minute of hold in plank.
Saturday Honey Singh Workout
Full cardio and HIIT day, he focuses totally on cardio exercises and full-body workout exercises. He does treadmill, boxing, a little bit of core training and HIIT routine.
Rest day and recovery day.

Honey Singh Diet Plan
The Diet Plan for Honey Singh contains food that is low in carbs, a good source of protein and lots of other things like fruits which gives him vitamins and few dairy products low-fat ones.

Oatmeal like a medium bowl, sometimes toats and a cup of coffee or orange juice.
