To keep that reputation up, she always needs to workout and stays fit; for that, sometimes, Hwasa also needs to take drastic measures and strict routines. As we all know, there is no way fat or even a bulky person can ever be a successful idol in Kpop.
Despite your talent, the labels will still force you to get slim and lose weight and bulky muscles for the fans’ sake. Many idols do lots of workouts routine while training every day to achieve their dreams. Hwasa has done some of them as well, as for her workout routine. Hwasa doesn’t seem to be doing any workout routine separate from her training routine and dance practice for the songs.

So we will do dance work out or any other cardio routine like running, biking, etc., for about an hour for four to five days a week.
Pilates/Yoga
Many girls Kpop idols like to do yoga or Pilates in their workout routine in addition to dancing to get a very slim and toned body physique. Some of the BlackPink members also like to do an hour of Pilates session that helps them reach those sexy hot abs that all the blinks love so much. So ensure that you do an hour of Pilates or yoga five days a week for getting a slim body with abs and well-toned arms and butt.
