Hyolyn Workout Routine
Hyolyn is getting just like the Queen of Kpop BoA. She is doing solo and living the way she wants, have you seen her now? The Instagram shows how incredible she is; I’m honestly happy now she can do what Hyolyn wants and work out as she wants. We all know the K-pop industry has specific restrictions that stop the stars from gaining weight and looking muscular.
That was why Hwasa didn’t get recognized for so long in Kpop until earlier this year when she uploaded the ‘Maria’ track. Now Hyolyn is working under her label, so she doesn’t have to worry about restriction, and that’s why her confidence is way too incredible. So now, coming to the workout and things Hyolyn is doing to keep herself fit.
Well, I tried to find some articles regarding that, but it wasn’t even necessary, as you can see her routine on Hyolyn’s Instagram page. Hyolyn has recently shared many posts that show her workout is purely based on the gym and focuses on using weights, resistance bands, stability ball, Bosu ball, etc. Hyolyn focuses more on her lower body than other body parts, as you can see in this post.

As we know, Hyolyn does a dance workout, which is a great cardio routine, but instead of that, we can do 30 to 40 minutes of cardio before the weight training to get some similar results.
You can choose to do an hour of dance class five days a week or do 30 to 40 minutes of cardio. The cardio can include running, biking, jump rope, etc. Make sure you run over 400 calories and try for 500 Calories.
Weight Training
In the weight routine, we will do circuit training in which we will work out five days a week. We will focus on the lower body for three days and two days on the upper body. The core workout will be regular in our daily routine.
