However, I think Hyoyeon would be more into Pilates right now. The reason is that her friend and one of the closest members, Tiffany Young, does Pilates to stay fit. So there is a possibility that Hyoyeon may get influenced by her Pilates routine as well.

We will train five days a week and for almost 1-2 hours a day where we will work out two times. One routine will be our stretching workout, and the other will be the toning routine. We will start our day with an excellent stretching workout while toning each body part. So that’s why I would recommend an hour of Pilates five days a week. This workout is also the most adapted workout by Korean actresses and idols, and that’s why I’m sure that you will surely get a Korean body with this routine.
Pilates will help you get a flexible body shape while toning your muscles. Primarily working on your legs and core region, it’s not that intense workout; you can start pretty smoothly and fall in love with the routine.
In the evening, you will be doing a toning workout that will contain a simple bodyweight routine. The workout will have three circuits that you need to repeat three times. You can also add resistance or weight to the exercise and make it a little more intense and effective.
