Hyun Bin works out two times a day, including an aerobics workout, a mixture of cardio, weight training, bodyweight routine, etc. Aerobic is a method of training that can include almost any workout, which helps you burn many calories and energy in a brief period. Hyun Bin also has a treadmill at his home and also does other aerobics exercises like swimming, kickboxing, jump rope, HIIT training when he’s at home. In addition, however, Hyun Bin goes to the gym for weight training, where he trains in a tri-set or giant set method. Core
This workout will be a circuit routine focusing on your core muscles. We will be doing a quick 20-30minute routine to get the best workout.
