Ichigo Kurosaki Workout Routine

Ichigo Kurosaki is undoubtedly one of the best characters ever, especially for the people in the early 2000’s as we grew up watching Ichigo. The Bleach series and how Ichigo’s character evolves through the series is something you should watch. Now, it’s not only stats or the story that evolves, but his body symmetry and physique also get better a lot. I won’t spoil the story with my other things, but one thing is for sure that Ichigo Kurosaki has gone on to be one of the best-looking anime characters.

So now the question about if it’s possible to get a workout like Ichigo Kurosaki, and is it possible to get a physique like Ichigo? Well, he might be the best character to aim for, as Ichigo Kurosaki is pretty much a good-looking character and very achievable. Now how do you get a body like him? It will take some proper training, diet, and rest. The main thing is diet and rest; training is necessary to give you that muscle symmetry, but the diet will be the key to building all those muscles.

So make sure you eat good food, healthy snacks, try to eat outside food as little as you can, and aim for consuming at least one source of protein in every meal. I won’t take a lot of diet in talking about his diet, as we are here for the workout routine and not for the diet. As long as you can keep it in moderation and eat healthy foods, you will be good. So now that we figured it out, let’s talk about the workout.

In the workout, you might not have to do a lot of workouts. Ichigo created his body with sword fighting and training, but if that’s not the way you want to take and join a kendo gym. So let’s give you a routine that will be more simple and approachable to all the people. We want to get our body’s agility, speed, and endurance to move like Ichigo while building muscles. So we need to work out at least five days a week and twice a day for about an hour in each session.

Boxing

We will be hitting the boxing gym in the morning; what other workouts will be better than boxing to get you quick, agile, and more extended? So I would indeed suggest you get into an hour of boxing in the gym, a start-up with a few minutes warm-up, get your cardio in, and then time to spar for 30-40 minutes. You can also do a core finisher right after the boxing routine and do planks, crunches, leg raises, etc., to get that core muscles working.
