Did found this post where she got seen training in an indoor climbing gym. However, it’s not part of her routine, and Yoona had to learn for her role.
Then I also learned that when Yoona was actively working on SNSD, aka Girls Generations group. There was a dance routine and a leg workout to make sure all of them had toned bodies, especially the legs. K-pop idols mostly show legs and waist as their outfits don’t reveal much of their body, so that’s why the idols prefer having long and toned legs with slim waistlines.

This workout is also the most adapted workout by Korean actresses and idols, and that’s why I’m sure that you will surely get a Korean body with this routine.
Pilates will help you get a flexible body shape while toning your muscles. Primarily working on your legs and core region, it’s not that intense workout; you can start pretty smoothly and fall in love with the routine.
Besides Pilates, I would suggest that you do some outdoor activities, including running, walking, playing, jump rope, hiking, trekking, etc. Anything physical you want to do is better than doing nothing. People often ignore how important essential physical activities are and how much they can help without us noticing. So make sure you get that daily physical activity in and don’t stay lazy.
