In an interview, Inanna Sarkis mentioned how her partner helped her with motivation, HIIT, and weight training routines. She started with some mid-walks and then ended up getting back in her shape. You can see Inanna Sarkis shared a quick full-body HIIT routine just a couple of days ago. So indeed, she still focuses on those things with her partner and also does boxing workouts.

So we will be working out six-seven days a week, and every day, we will be doing one-two hour of workout.

Weight Training and Core

We will start with some weight training where we will be doing an hour of weight training. Again, focusing on each body is and then finishing it with a core routine. So let’s get started:

  • Dumbbell press to flyes
  • Cable flyes
  • Triceps pushdowns
  • Triceps skull crusher
  • Triceps dips


Back and Biceps

  • Pull-ups

  • Barbell rows
  • Dumbbell curls
  • Rope biceps curls
  • Hammer curls


Shoulder and Delts

  • Dumbbell shoulder press
  • Dumbbell lateral raises

  • Warm-up (deadlifts)

Once you get done with the weight training workout, we will be doing 15-20 minutes of a core circuit routine. Again, it will be a quick workout, so don’t worry, and let’s finish this up.

Boxing HIIT

We will do an hour of boxing HIIT workout on Saturday and Sunday. The workout will be 45-60 minutes long, and we will do two minutes of rounds with one minute of rest. Every round will have different combos like two-one-two, jabs, hitman punch, cross, hook, etc. Start with 10 minutes of warm-up and then 30 minutes of HIIT boxing workout, and finish it up with 10 minutes cooldown and stretching.
