There was not much information about Irene’s actual diet plan, but I found an article from Channel Korea, where they have told a few things about Red Velvet member’s diets. In that article, you can see them mentioning Irene saying she drinks a glass of pumpkin juice every afternoon to stay fit. Other than that, we can say Irene takes a good three meals with a healthy choice.

Irene also drinks a lot of water because of the workout she does the whole day with the gym and other activities. Irene always needs to stay hydrated and ready for some work. Now, I don’t know the workout that Irene may be following, but I can give you a routine to help you have a body like Irene.
