Now, Iza has one of the body physiques like many other rappers, where her lower body is more toned and worked up. Iza has a big butt, and other than that, she has very toned muscles. It can also be possible that Iza may not work out that much. Since I tried to find her routine, I couldn’t get any information. Even her Instagram doesn’t tell much about her workout routine. I won’t lie; I haven’t seen all the posts, as there are many of them, but I browse through more than half.
Now, she does a lot of dance choreography in her workout routine. I have seen her doing a lot of dance practice. So we will be focusing on getting weight training in and working on cardio and core workout daily to keep getting slim and work on that thin waistline. So we will be training core every day and lower body three days a week, and then the rest of the days will be upper body. So every workout will have three circuits, and you will need to repeat each circuit three times before moving on to the rest.

So I will be giving a diet that I think will work best to get a body like Iza.
