Dancing

One of the essential requirements to be even able to think about getting into K-pop is that you should dance almost like a pro. J-Hope and other members are no different, J-Hope goes through almost daily dance practice, and when they are touring, even then a couple of days before the event, they start to practice for their performance.

What is brutal is that they don’t do an hour of dance practice. The practice goes on for two to three hours; Sometimes, it can take even more hours depending on the day. However, they do have breakfast in between and stop to rest once in a while, but usually, they are practicing a lot.

Other than dance practice, the BTS members don’t go to the gym and do many workouts.
