She has over 5 million subscribers on her YouTube, which is why Jaclyn Hill also decided to share her transformation journey. Jaclyn Hill posted a video in September 2021 about changing her life. Jaclyn Hill talks about what she is going to do and how she will document her journey.

It primarily involves doing treadmill and cardio routines. I haven’t checked her every video, but I think her workout journey is on hold now because of her engagement. So what about her workout? How can you get a body like Jaclyn Hill? Jaclyn Hill used to be slim but gained weight because of unhealthy eating and excessive drinking. So if you wanted to know more about Jaclyn Hill’s workout, I don’t think for now I can give you much detail as it’s still in process. However, I can give you a routine inspired by Jaclyn Hill’s workout. We will also focus on cardio and finish the workout with toning workouts.

Cardio

Jaclyn Hill loves doing cardio, and, understandably, she is spending so much time because she has gained over 30 pounds. So I would also suggest doing 40-60 minutes of cardio every day for five-six days a week. You can add running or jogging on the treadmill, a few minutes of jump rope, and biking. However, I would suggest interval training if you are used to working out and want to lose weight fast.

 

Toning Workout

In the toning workout, we will be doing a circuit routine focusing on your whole body. I’m not sure if Jaclyn Hill is doing a weight routine, but I will surely advise you to follow the weight training routine for four days. We will be doing circuit training and focusing more on our lower and core muscles. So let’s get started:

For the diet plan, Jaclyn Hill has started eating more salad, meal prep, healthy snacks, and meats like chicken, salmon, etc. So she is trying to eat as much healthy as possible, but there were also days when Jaclyn Hill couldn’t eat well.
