He started his journey with many side roles and even as a voice actor before being recognized for Cobra Kai. Jacob Bertrand has worked and trained quite hard even there that now he does 90% of his stunts for the series. So yeah, many things keep him fit and healthy, and if you also want to learn more about his workout, then keep reading.
So after researching about Jacob Bertrand’s workout routine, I found one article from Muscle & Fitness, where they interviewed Jacob Bertrand. In that interview, Jacob Bertrand mentioned that he does train every day for about an hour for Cobra Kai which involves doing choreography or, you can say, stunt training. So it works your cardio, muscles, and full-body. After that, Jacob Bertrand told M&F that it’s outdoor activities for workouts.
He loves rock climbing, going for a swim, surfing, etc. Everything that includes his outdoors, Jacob Bertrand will do it every day. So yeah, other than that, there is no excessive weight training routine; the workouts revolve around that hour of training that Jacob Bertrand and the whole cast need to do for Cobra Kai. So how do we get that body like Jacob Bertrand?
Well, I would say we train like Xolo; as Xolo mentioned for Cobra Kai, he was doing light cardio, stretching, and HIIT circuit routine for 30 minutes. So it won’t be wrong to say that Jacob Bertrand would be doing a similar routine to get in that Cobra Kai fitness. So we will be doing an hour of workout five-six days a week, and then you can stay active throughout the day as you would like.

Light cardio & Stretching
Starting our workout with some light cardio, you can do anything moderate like 10-15 minutes running at 6-9kmph speed, 10-15 minutes hydro-row, cycling, jumping rope, etc. Once you get your cardio done and get your body warmed up, we will move on to Stretching. Do at least 10-15 minutes of full-body stretching before moving on to the HIIT routine.
Now for the HIIT workout routine, I will be giving you different workouts that will focus on the upper body, lower body, and core. You can also add weights, resistance bands, ankle weights, or other equipment to make the workout harder. So let’s get it started:

- Bar dips
- Pike push-ups

Tuesday and Friday
- Explosive squats
- Squat pulse
- Squats to kick
- Sumo squats
Wednesday and Saturday
- Leg raises
- Cross crunches
- Side plank to a crunch
- Plank hold
