During the shoot of Morbius, we saw Jared Leto looking bulkier than ever and having this toned body physique. However, now he has gotten leaner but still looks in fabulous shape.

So make sure to set a target for yourself and try to complete that target every day.
Climbing
Climbing is Jared Leto’s favorite activity to do besides walking. Jared Leto has stayed fit throughout his climbing routine all these years. You can see many climbing posts on his Instagram where he is climbing outdoors on mountains, or sometimes he goes to a proper climbing gym to try boulders and slopes.
People don’t understand how incredibly tiring and effective climbing is as a workout. Many climbers only train for 2-3 days and are one of the fittest and strongest humans alive. You will see them having abs, chest, and shoulders, with insane back muscles. So, try adding a climbing workout 2-3 days a week.
Weight training
During the Morbius movie, Jared Leto was doing weight training while bulking up. However, I’m not sure about him continuing that even now. As he has gotten way leaner, the muscle mass has also dropped. If you still want to train in weight training, then I recommend doing three days of workouts.

Jared Leto Diet Plan
