Have you seen the new Jared in 2021? How well he is looking, OMG! I couldn’t even believe that he’s the same character as he was at the beginning of the Suicide Squad movie. Currently, he has shown a complete transformation that has blown many people’s minds, including mine.

Also, is it just me, or now his personality has increased super good? He had gotten hot! It looks like Jared became the combination of Zac and Jason, but yeah, it’s fantastic. Now let’s get to know how he started his fitness and how he could get bulked up so much for his new role?

I searched for his earlier days’ workout routine and found out that during the time of Suicide Squad when he was trying to get ripped and gain few muscles. Jared used to do workouts like natural exercises, such as walking, staying active, and doing some yoga, cycling, going mountain climbing.

It wasn’t dependent on working out in the gym, and he was not getting a role that required him to get super bulked. However, now that we have seen others since of him thanks to his upcoming movie Morbius and Tron 3. Jared has started getting bulked up; who knows, maybe he will be the next big supervillain or superhero?

So how does Jared able to get to the shape of a superhero? It was not that complex; not a lot has changed, according to the Looper article. It seems Jared is still trying to walk at least 10k steps a day and also trying to stay active and workout every day in one way or another.

It got mentioned that Jared has started the workout in weight training, almost like a bodybuilder. I wouldn’t be so shocked to hear that as it’s the best way to bulk up. Instead of trying way too complex exercises that look good for others, I believe in sticking to the most specific workouts with the best results for yourself.

I won’t say that Jared did basic workouts, but I don’t think he needed to do complex exercises to gain muscle. I would say that Jared must have done activities in 4 to 5 sets with heavyweight and low reps. That’s the best way to gain muscle and increase muscle mass. Now that we have learned the workout routine, I will give you a plan to help you get a body like Jared.

Morning Routine

We will start with some cardio that will include 20 minutes of running, and then we will go for a yoga class. I would recommend finding a yoga class that will be around 20 minutes’ distance so you can run there and get warmed up before that. Try taking at least four days of yoga class, and on other days you can go biking, hiking, or whatever you feel like doing that day.

 

Evening Routine

In this training pattern, we will be doing a six-day gym training that will focus on a single body part. Doing simple exercises would be enough. We will do heavyweight exercises in all workouts and increase the sets and decrease the reps.
