Jason is more of a healthy person than fit; he’s comfortable and happy in his lean and average body shape. That’s why I don’t think I would be able to give you a routine, as it might not even exist. I even tried searching about Jason’s workout, but no article, video, or any trustworthy source posted anything regarding his training.
However, I’m not saying that he’s not working out or that Jason doesn’t even consider working out. All I think right now is that the chances of working out in the gym every day seem significantly less. Indeed, if, in the future, Jason opened about his workout, I would update the details here, but for now, I can’t tell his routine.

Jason’s diet plan is also unknown for this movement. However, I have seen him enjoy all kinds of food. So I don’t think he has a very healthy or strict diet; maybe it’s more about balancing foods, in Jason’s case. He stays active enough to make sure the food he eats gets digested, and he doesn’t overeat junk in a week.
