Jeanine has always been in great shape because of her dance practice, and she also has spent hours of dance practice to win the 5th season of So You Think You Can Dance. At the staring Jeanine always had a love and hate relationship with her dancing. As she ever wanted to win the show, but she stated in her interview that no teacher was ready to teach her.
As her level was not good, no one wanted to put the effort on her, so all those times when she struggled, she used to hate the fact that it’s because she sucks at dancing. However, Jeanine didn’t give up and finally achieved the best level and won the competition. I tell you that is so you will know how exactly her body got in shape.

In dancing, you can join the dancing classes of whatever style you are interested in, but if you want to get exact stamina, flexibility, and body like Jeanine. It would be best if you started taking ballet classes, as that’s what Jeanine Mason performs, and that’s how she got that fantastic flexibility in her body.
If you don’t want to learn Ballet and want to get the workout, then you can even join the barre classes, which are the workout of Ballet, so there you will do only the workout part and not the dancing, the choice is yours, although I would prefer the ballet dancing class, as you will learn more.
Training days: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday
Yoga is another excellent workout that can provide you the best lean, slim, well-toned, and flexible body like Jeanine Mason. So that’s why we will do yoga at least three days a week, and just like dancing, you can take yoga classes to learn how to do yoga.
