Joe Keery Workout Routine

Joe Keery might be one of the most exciting and heartwarming people you will see in the industry, and I’m not just saying this for the context. Joe is so down to earth; he started playing some minor roles and working with the band. Now that Joe has become such a big star, and he will soon get seen with Ryan Reynolds in the Free Guy. Joe still keeps his calm and stays as he was in the beginning.

Now about his workout routine, well, there are different workouts that Joe takes. He’s more of a guy that keeps up with the role and adjusts his body according to the position. In one of the interviews, Joe mentioned training for six weeks to look like a swimmer as Joe had a swimming role where Joe had to wear a speedo. He trained as a professional swimmer. However, the role got canceled, and they changed it to something else.

In the lockdown, he showed off his workout on Instagram, where he was working out with Alex in his home gym at Malibu beach. You can see those videos on a fan page on YouTube right here. You can see Joe doing some cardio, weight exercises, and bodyweight exercises. So that’s what we will follow and make a routine from it, to get you the best results.

Warm-up

We will do a 15 to 20 minutes jog on the treadmill for the warm-up. As it’s the warm-up routine, make sure you don’t go way too hard. This routine is for making sure your body gets the blood flowing through every muscle and part. So the injury risk is reduced, and your body won’t get any strain while working out.

Joe Keery Diet Plan

Joe Keery’s diet doesn’t have any information, however, looking at his workout. The diet for sure must not be too strict, and I have seen him enjoying smoothies and different food at restaurants. So I do know that Joe is not that big of a diet freak. However, he does eat healthy foods. That’s one thing for sure.

Now I’m guessing that the best way to approach his body will be with a high protein and low carbs diet. Joe has that slim and lean shape, so to get that, we got to lose some carbs from our diet. The only carbs we will eat in the day will be at lunch and dinner with veggies and one time rice. So let’s see the diet plan that will help you get a body like Joe Keery.
