Joe Sugg has mentioned about he is starting to work out by running again; he does 5km runs every day. Joe Sugg can complete a 5km distance in under 22 minutes and aims to get it under 19-20 minutes. I’m sure he would have already done it at this point.

So as far as I have gained some information, Joe Sugg focuses only on running and does nothing more to stay fit and lean. So if you also want to get a body shape like Joe Sugg, you can also run for 30 minutes or at least 5 km every day. It will help you get lean, burn calories, and tone the whole body. Also, I would suggest doing a quick stretching workout to avoid any muscle pain and stiffness.

 

HIIT Workout

You can also do the HIIT workout that Joe Sugg showed in her Girlfriend’s video. I’m not sure that it’s a routine that Joe Sugg regularly does, but there is nothing wrong with doing that routine. It’s a great full-body workout routine and helps you lose more weight and tone your muscles.
