Joey Graceffa is one of the most well-known YouTubers and an actor who has done many successful shows. However, we all know how he was super skinny, and then Joey Graceffa also tried a 30 days challenge and improved his fitness. So if you also want to learn more about how Joey Graceffa did that and how you can get a body like Joey Graceffa and gain muscles like him, keep reading.
Joey Graceffa uploads a video about his workout journey on his YouTube channel. He did a home 30 days workout routine with the Tempo Move program and equipment set in that video. You can see cardio Joey Graceffa used to do a HIIT circuit routine, and then for weight training, most of his workouts were dumbbell workouts. The workouts also got divided into upper body and lower body workouts. So it was more of a mixed workout routine now; you can also get a Tempo Mover program and equipment to get an exact workout.
However, since I don’t have access to any Tempo Mover plan, I will be giving you a workout of my own. We will train six days a week, working on our upper body, core muscles, and lower body twice a week. Also, for the cardio, we will do a quick circuit HIIT routine, running, biking, elliptical machine, etc. So now, let’s get started with the workout to get a body like Joey Graceffa.

Cardio
You can do anything you want for the cardio workout, from a HIIT circuit routine to a treadmill or cross-trainer. So I would suggest running 3-5km in your cardio routine, or you can do a 20-30 minutes HIIT routine with exercises like burpees, squats, lunges, leg lifts, etc. Also, once you get done with the routine, make sure to do a quick stretching routine to avoid any possible injuries.
Weight Training
We will be doing a six-day routine of training different muscle groups every day in the weight training routine. However, again, remember it’s more of an inspired workout from what I have learned watching Joey Graceffa videos. So if you still need an exact routine, you would need to get the Tempo Mover.
